Biography
Isabelle Fuhrman was born
in Washington D.C. on February 25, 1997. Isabelle got her start in the acting business by appearing
on Cartoon Network as a guest. She soon started booking other projects, including commercials for
major companies such as Pizza Hut, Comcast, and K-Mart. She also booked some
print and industrial jobs, as well as a theatre gig in The Nutcracker. She then went on to
book the part of Grace O'Neil in the pilot episode of the hit show Justice. She also went on
to appear in two skits for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. In 2007, Isabelle went to the Sundance
Film Festival to promote a new movie of hers that was getting quite the controversy. In Hounddog,
Isabelle played Grasshopper, a friend of the main character Lewellen - played by Dakota Fanning. Isabelle
then went on to book a role in the popular tv show Ghost Whisperer, where she played Gretchen Dennis -
a little girl who's ghost haunts a well outside an old, adandoned house. Isabelle is really beginning to become
the talk of the news. She booked 3 new movies, one in which she has a leading role. Isabelle can be seen as
Hatchling Shelly in the upcoming film Around The World In 50 Years 3D and Children of the Corn.
This summer, you will be able to see her as the lead role of Esther in Orphan.
When she's not acting, Isabelle is your average 12 year old. She plays the guitar and loves to sing.
She loves playing with her animals - a dog named Lilly and a hamster named Lola, taking the latter with her
to the 2007 Sundance Film Festival. She enjoys spending time with her older sister Madeline and parents.
Isabelle may only be 12, but she's worked with many big names over the past few years. Watch out world...
